Important: LittleGlance creates fictional artistic interpretations for entertainment. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, ultrasound-reading service, biometric-identification service or genetic-prediction service.
1. Scope and controller
This Policy applies to the LittleGlance mobile application, its portrait-generation backend, this website and support communications that link to this Policy. “LittleGlance,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the independent developer operating the LittleGlance service. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@littleglance.com.
LittleGlance does not currently require or provide user accounts. The app is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You may upload an ultrasound only if it belongs to you or you have the lawful authority and informed permission of the person to whom it relates.
2. Information we process
Ultrasound and generated portraits
When you choose or photograph an ultrasound, LittleGlance processes the selected image, the cropped or compressed copy prepared by the app, the artistic newborn portrait generated from it and any fictional age-progression portraits included in your purchased package. An ultrasound may reveal pregnancy or health-related information and is treated as sensitive.
Optional creative directions
Depending on the package, you may choose portrayed sex, portrait style, parents’ eye colors, skin tone, hair color and texture, family background or heritage, resemblance preference and distinctive details such as freckles or dimples. Family background may be considered racial or ethnic-origin information under some laws. These choices are used only as visual art direction for the portraits you request.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes your payment. We do not receive or store your full card number, bank-account number or store password. We process the platform, product, transaction identifier, signed transaction data or purchase token, purchase environment, status, revocation information and fulfillment timestamps needed to verify and deliver your purchase.
Technical data
Our service providers may automatically receive limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the service, including IP address, request time, network metadata, server logs, job identifiers, model request identifiers, response status and error information. We do not intentionally collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, microphone recordings, browsing history or data from other apps.
Data on your device
LittleGlance may store the original ultrasound copy, downloaded portraits, package and creative choices, creation date and a local record identifier in the app’s private storage so My Keepsakes works. This history is not an online account and is not synchronized by LittleGlance between devices. Your operating system or backup provider may separately back up content according to your settings.
3. Why and how we use information
We use information to check whether an image is suitable for the requested creative workflow; verify a one-time purchase; generate and deliver the selected portraits; maintain visual continuity across requested ages; save and organize keepsakes on your device; provide upgrades; secure, debug and prevent abuse; answer support or privacy requests; keep legally required transaction records; and comply with law.
LittleGlance does not use your ultrasound, portraits or family directions for targeted advertising, data brokerage, facial recognition, biometric identification or training LittleGlance-owned AI models.
Where required, we rely on performance of a contract to fulfill the purchase, explicit consent to process sensitive ultrasound or family-background information, legitimate interests to secure and troubleshoot the service, and legal obligation for tax, accounting, consumer-protection and lawful requests. You may withdraw consent for future processing, but withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent an unfinished generation from being delivered.
4. Automated AI processing
Generative-AI models create fictional portraits from your image and chosen directions. Results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, biased or similar to content generated for others. The system does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects and does not establish a person’s race, ethnicity, genetics, health, sex, identity or likely future appearance.
5. Providers and disclosures
Supabase
Supabase provides backend compute, private object storage and database services. It processes uploaded scans, generation job information, creative directions, purchase-fulfillment identifiers and generated files on our instructions. Stored objects are private and results are delivered through time-limited signed links. See the Supabase Privacy Notice.
fal.ai and model infrastructure
fal.ai provides generative-media processing. The scan or prior fictional portrait, creative prompt, request metadata and generated output are transmitted to fal.ai and, when necessary to run a selected model, its model provider. LittleGlance sends the documented X-Fal-Store-IO: 0 instruction to disable fal.ai API payload storage. Temporary delivery or model-processing files may still remain for a provider-controlled technical period. See the fal.ai Privacy Policy.
Apple and Google
Apple App Store and Google Play provide payment, purchase verification, refund and revocation information, fraud prevention and store services. They process payment and account data under their own policies.
We may also disclose the minimum necessary information to confidential professional advisers and vendors, to comply with valid law, to investigate fraud or protect safety and rights, in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections, or when you specifically direct or consent to disclosure.
6. No sale, ads or cross-app tracking
LittleGlance does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use sensitive information to infer characteristics for advertising, or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. The app does not currently include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.
7. Retention and deletion

To request deletion of backend data, email privacy@littleglance.com with enough purchase information to locate the job. Do not send the ultrasound again. We may request limited verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain isolated until the applicable backup cycle expires.
8. Security and international transfers
We use measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS transmission, server-held API credentials, private storage, database access controls, purchase verification, unpredictable job tokens, time-limited signed download links, input limits and removal of the original server scan after completion or failure. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside your residence. Where required, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, appeal a denied request, receive equal service and complain to a regulator. Because LittleGlance does not sell or share information for behavioral advertising, no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out is necessary.
To exercise a right, email privacy@littleglance.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” describe the request and provide the relevant platform and purchase information. Do not attach an ultrasound, identity document, payment-card number or password unless we specifically explain why a limited item is necessary.
10. Children and third-party images
LittleGlance is for adults and is not directed to children. Do not submit another person’s ultrasound, a child’s photograph or other personal information unless you have lawful authority and informed permission. Contact us if you believe data was submitted without permission.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy when the app, providers, legal requirements or data practices change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required. If a change materially expands how sensitive information is used, we will obtain any consent required before the change applies.
